In 1998, the company started to operate under the name Holiday Club Finland Oy. As of 1st April 2006 Holiday Club Finland Oy began operating under the name Holiday Club Resorts Oy. The company is owned by the acting management, Varma, Suomen Teollisuussijoitys Oy, Fennia Group, Ilmarinen and a group of Finnish private investors.
